A mate is having a tough time and prepping for his Bishops Appointment Panel (interview to be a priest). He’s a massive Scrubs fan and a few of us clubbed together to get a Cameo message from Dr Cox. It went on for about 10 minutes and was hilarious. It seems to have done the job on cheering him up.

Yeah someone mentioned it years ago but it’s been a long time since I’ve seen season 1.
My favourite character seems to change every time I watch it, I do always crack up whenever Dan comes to visit.
Have either of you been listening to the Scrubs Podcast by Zach and Donald?
They rewatch the old episodes in order and loosely discuss what they remember from filming, often with old cast members as special guests.
Some of them drag on a bit, but generally fairly entertaining - if you’re a podcast person!

I haven’t but that can go on my to do list.
Seen it mentioned in a number of articles and seems well reviewed. Not much of a podcast listener past the first 15 minutes due to (deliberately) falling asleep.
I do know of an NSFW one that’s been quite entertaining the couple of times I’ve listened to it. There’s a couple of potty brained gamer ones I occasionally put on as well.

given your username i can well imagine your situation is somewhat bias.
for our unit we have half a dozen, mixed between trekking, watersports and biking qualifications. although in my experience of a handful of units we’re not typical, with the other units i have been on at best had three AT qualified staff, and even then only the most basic trekking!
In my Wing we have less than 1 qualified AT member of staff per Squadron.
Fixing this is my only term of reference in my new role.
