is it really “all” thought?
how many people are likely to be effected?
in our wing at least the FA ticket required for FA last three years. thus on the expectation that the AT qualified staff are equally distributed across all training courses, which run an equal number each year there should only be ~third of staff which are effected. ok so that is not an insignificant number when i would guess the “average” unit only has 2-3 of AT staff on unit so a good chance one will be effected but surely not ALL staff need to be “up to date” again??
