There is no slack in the system, so once you run the system empty with different buying habits you create a backlog which will take a while for it to get back to normal.

Itās the knock on, I havenāt needed any fuel for the past week, because Iāve been able to work from home, but if that changes, Iāll need to get in the queues.
MMH? Being double jabbed. Iāve finally caught the 'rona and itās worse than any man flu Iāve had before and playing havoc with my asthma. Can only imagine how bad this would be without the limited immunity the vaccine gives.
On the plus side Iām spending the day in bed with Dune on audible.

You forgot these will be same idiots who bought 50kg of pasta and or rice, hundreds of bog rolls and dozens of different tinned foods in March 20, because the world was going to end, according to the media and SM.
When anything like this happens, there should be media reporting lock and any related SM posts removed, so it stays where itās happening and not turned into a national nonsense.
