This is spot on though! Assume that anything to send to wing will get lost, so keep copies/records!

Interesting. I can’t think HQAC would say that, but happy to be corrected. (I’m not questioning you though, I know what some WHQs are like 
)When I’ve done DBS’s for other orgs they specifically say not to post it to them, but to come in with it, get it photocopied so I never have to loose sight of the original.
I know it’s bonkers! It’s ok though because it’s double enveloped. 
And who’s going to report the lost originals when they go missing, more importantly, who’s going to take responsibility

It’s amazing if we get a reply from him in our staff chat when we ask a question. We still haven’t been told if/when we can go to the Sqn to check how it is and getting it ready to go back to F2F 
I have been told that copies are allowed, either photocopy or picture from phone and emailed off from OC’s email as long as it’s seen by OC and confirmed genuine documents.
Nothing is overkill when it comes down to WHQ 
I will make sure I take scans or pictures of anything which has been sent off and note days and times

Email him direct on all addresses. I personally only do emails as there is a trail for everyone, after getting into a conversation about conversations at work in the early email days.
There is a bit of me which says in the current climate we should all be cutting each other some slack. There are things that are far more important going on at the moment and everyone is and has been affected differently and this is only voluntary for us. If only HQAC and all permanent bods could grasp this point.
If you know where he lives, go round and see him, not to have it out, that’s undignified and only for crappy soap operas and so called reality programmes, but to work this through. A couple of minutes of proper talking could sort this out, rather than poncing around on SM etc and getting flustered.

I’m in the extreme heat amber weather warning area so am fully melting.
Jesus Christ. I had a cold shower and had the air con full blast on the drive into work this morning at 0700.
Anything about 25C is too hot for me at work. Anything above 30C is just too hot work or not!
I like the cold. -10C is much better than +30C
