Face to Face return with cadets getting close so with no teams meetings booked I can take the opportunity to finally shape my beret and do a little shoe polishing whilst working this afternoon. Think this could be a good look for me 
Ffs 6 months indoors you better get your finger out and cut that grass!!! Might want to check the water level in the fish pond there too

Last parade until September (that makes me sad), but today we took the cadets to a local scout centre for archery, assault course, night line, air rifle shooting and a small mountain of Domino’s.

They ran it, on scouting rules. No idea how the activity got approved.
I’ve got a Japanese necker in the loft that I traded mine for on Poacher Camp.
They have to use NSRA approved coaches - so I guess from our end it is same as any other external activity?

The offer is already there for daytime activities and I’m booked in for a couple of activities. Childcare prevents most evening attendances hence why I’m CCF to begin with.
It’s not my nearest squadron, but is the one where our supernumerary officer has his primary post. I’ve helped out there before lockdown with driving to flying slots when none of the staff could get time off work and I used a volunteering day.
