I did a casual 28 km run yesterday afternoon (humble brag 
although it was definitely no record breaking attempt), and I can actually, surprisingly, walk today!

Iāve not even got today off work 
Been great wondering through the book oāface, seeing what squadrons are getting up to as part of the return to ops.
Seeing cadets shooting, out on DofE Expeds, doing first aid courses, lots of AT and Fieldcraft.
Saw some blank firing fieldcraft which got me excited for 2022

Meanwhile, in my wing, I only know of 1 sqn that is back to f2f so farā¦ (and itās not mine)
Got to paddle on the weekend and had homemade cinnamon rolls for breakfast this morning (made the faff of what felt like all morning yesterday making them worth it - almost)
