The shred of realism was the idea that it was the combination of Graham Norton & Helen Mirren - addressing the idea that “you’re not a real royal though anymore; are you…?”
When I looked it up to check my suspicion, at least two of the results were channels that have a disclaimer along the lines of “stories are fictitious for entertainment purposes blah blah”.
2 of the videos were an identical script. Lots of AI / text to speech.

That’s why Earl Grey tea (no milk, slice of lemon) is beneficial - it’s actually not too bad to drink cold!
Iced tea and iced coffee both exist because — for those of us who actually like the taste of tea and coffee (or who just really need the caffeine) — it doesn’t matter if it’s hot, cold, black, white, etc.
Pretty sure you haven’t surveyed every tea and coffee drinker to make that claim.
People have preferences and aversions, even with specific preparations of a thing they like.
