That’s been the case for as long as I can remember. That bit of text isn’t new!
The ACF definitely do. SCC seems more fragmented and don’t to the right people/personality/relationships - but i’m working on it (locally!).

I’m pushing to get Coach Award added to this list on the paddling side. Interested to see if there is the appetite for people wanting to coach rather than lead.
Plus with no coaches we have no tech advisors.

If I get a place on the leader courses this November, I won’t have anything to do next year.

Coach courses are harder to deliver than leadership courses, which is why they stopped doing coach courses.

Well this was last night. I think it might have been the single best gig I’ve ever been to! Also the sweatiest gig too
