Made it, and absolutely loved being in the upper reaches of the Andes. I think it’s now a case of how long before I can return (bus back to sea level is tomorrow morning).
They also had this weird endangered tree part way up. It looked cool so I thought I’d share. It’s related to the pineapple Puya raimondii - Wikipedia
