Making me happy… Jumped on the scales after a really over top week of snacking on crisps, biscuits, chocolate with a kebab, dominos and a chinese thrown in for good measure and somehow i lost a lb in weight

I’ve lost 3lb over the fortnight at the in-laws. But that’s because the food was dire. What I wouldn’t give for a Domino’s or a Chinese right now even if it meant loss of weight added
Just give in… To be honest its a blessing in disguise that i live in a place wheres theres literally nothing on just eat/uber eats etc…or i probably would be a much rounder person

Ive shifted 8 stone over the last 7 yearsish… Mostly though slimming world practices…coupled with running and rehab yoga for my dodgy knees and back

Just got home to find that the neighbour who we left a key with for emergencies has been round this morning and cleaned/tidied the house (we packed and left in a rush) and made some fresh bread and bought some milk in. Such a nice thing to come home to

Went gliding today (not RAFAC) and did aero’s in a glider for the first time MMH think I will still be grinning this time next week

I was talking about greens, we don’t wear blues that often.
Just seen this. Made me happy for sure to see some proactive work being done. Using Facebook sponsored/targeted posts for this sort of thing seems like a great idea to me.

Back to work today 
Same here. More importantly though, kids are back to school. Hopefully the eldest two won’t be at each others throats all day. Plus the youngest slept through for the first time in months. I feel like a new man!

As much as I’ve loved the break, eating terribly and drinking too much, it’s just good to get back to a schedule 
Plus I’m one of the lucky ones that enjoys my job!

I shouldn’t have been so happy this morning. Got in and one of the machines is dead. Now got to drive to Birmingham as the only guy in the county who can repair then lives there!
