My three year old decided he was superman and threw himself down the stairs whilst trying to fly 
. All ok, a good bruise all over his face and minor concussion. Iād like to think heās learned his lesson, but I doubt it.

Sounds like my nephews when they were younger. Two of them needed their eyebrow gluing (separate incidents).
Agony and tears.
As soon as they got home from A+E, both of them climbed on top of and jumped off the same thing they injured themselves jumping off.

We had an email from RHQ last week re this and the new application system
Can you expand?
Cadet fills in a narrative application online.
OC gets notification and has to fill in supporting statement online.
OC then adds cadet to event on Westminster/SMS.( And indicate preferences if more than one from the unit applying)
HQ CCF/ Region then allocate spaces and move cadets from pending to attending or reserve list
No longer a formal timed run

RAF Selection definitely do it
