Don’t they have Harmony guidelines any more, and you wonder why people leave the service in particular when it impacts family life of those not in the service.
Yeah, unfortunately the section is absolutely fragged for fairy NCOs so if you can go away (even if like me, you have to jump through a world of medical hoops) you get sent.
Risk is held quite high for that…

Dart-charge. Bloody system. I’ve been double charged because it didn’t auto charge me because my account was ‘closed’ so I paid manually, then sorted my account. Then it decided it could pay using my account…

Yeah, they closed my wife’s account without telling her so we got a fine in the post. Luckily it was a first offence so we only had to pay the £2.50 this time. Person on the phone said it happens all the time that they don’t tell you they’ve closed your account but they aren’t going to do anything about it.

Im curious…did you open the fridge door as part of the looking process or as part of the acceptance its gone what can i find in the fridge to cheer me up?
I think I went to get milk for the coffee with my phone in hand.
Child did stock rotation in the fridge yesterday whilst unpacking the shopping (for stock rotation, read “food jenga”) - and on opening the door, stuff fell out.
I put my phone down - i thought on the sideboard - but clearly on the fridge shelf, then re-organised the fridge - and partially buried my phone under a bag of spinach in the process.
I only discovered it when i dialed my phone, heard the fridge singing, opened the door and saw - perhaps for the first time in my life - backlit spinach leaves.

Watching news last night, not ashamed to say made me a little teary.
For anyone to face their final moments filled with fear, let alone little people, boils my blood.
Then to hear this morning the US gun lobby trying to argue that the UK is no safer…
Just beyond angers me.
Id like to hope Biden will put his big boy pants on and deal with it. But, im not sure his nurses can find them.

Ted Cruz saying that tighter regulations on guns wouldn’t have stopped this. Maybe not, but it would have made it a damn sight harder to happen. Him and his NRA cronies have blood on their hands. Again.
I know it will be hard to put the genie back in the bottle in the States but that doesn’t mean they shouldn’t bloody try

does anyone expect him to run for a second term at his age? he’s 79 now, will be 83 at the next election…that would put him 87 at the end of his second term!
he has nothing to lose and everything to gain - he is no better position to do it
