It weighs an absolute tonne, Iāve got a little two man for wild camping but youād never get Mrs Farmer going camping anywhere that doesnāt have electrical hookup.

Weāve recently progressed from wild camping to mild camping.
And soon, to vanlife.
This is my goal still. I want a decent van so when I go off climbing/walking in places far afield I donāt have to spend time planning where Iām going to stay. But currently saving for a house so van life will be on hold for a couple of years I think!
My friend recently did one up them selves on the cheap and Iāve stayed in it a couple of times now. Makes me want one even more!!
A couple of the other staff at my place have them, standard VW affairs, very nice
Though Iām tempted more by a demountable camper on a pick up truckā¦
In the process of remortgaging my old house, so actually have some funds available too

Seriously considering the purchase of a wolf 90 or longer wheel base (funds dependant) to support my activities.
Anyone got any knowledge on reliability of these?

Dunno about reliability, but comfort is not at a premium.
You know how farmers always drive round with the drivers window open and an elbow on the sill? Because thatās the only place to put your arm.
Less concerned for this tbh
People who walk up to the pram when youāre clearly trying to get the baby to sleep and start talking to the baby about how they shouldnāt still be awake.

there was a video which went a little bit viral on fb a couple of weeks ago of someone driving through the (I think) Pinkston (Glasgowās WW centre) carpark with a kayak sticking out the sunroof of a Clio with the caption āwho needs a roofrackā, but it seems to have been deletedā¦
