What are you watching?

Watched that last week. Thought it was great

Interesting looking helicopter in that programme…

I enjoyed the ““CPR””, twice in the first episode of Vigil.

Almost tempted to take a clip of the first effort for a “what’s wrong with this?” on first aid courses.

After the sad news of Tony Selby’s passing watching Get Some in on YouTube. Remember seeing reruns in eighties but they have every episode available so binge watching it all.

I got told off for pointing out the in accuracies in it, apparently I ruin things

Are you trying to say that ‘The Bill’ isnt a documentary?
:rofl::joy::rofl::joy::rofl::joy:

It’s closer than Line of Duty

Legend has it, Tony Stamp is still walking the beat.

Tony Stamp was the Area Car driver, they don’t walk unless it’s to the canteen.

Apparently he is going to be in the reboot ‘Sun Hill’ when it comes out in the next year or so.

It’s not set in 2021 but I think circa 5 years ago

…and he took a job as an advanced instructor at Hendon.

Not bad for a bloke who at one point was on trial for vehicular manslaughter!

At least England gets legal procedurals to complain about.

I worked in the place (Hunterson) where they have used cgi and morphed it to the naval base and also in Faslane naval base.
It really doesn’t help when trying to watch the program……

I have the same problem watching Skyfall, we used the disused bit of Charing Cross for Public Order Training so when Bond goes from there to Embankment on the Jubilee line (which doesn’t go to either) it really takes you out of the moment.

I hate it when they make stuff up when creating fiction :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

It’s the problem with using real world places and pretending they are other real world places, it takes you out of the moment.

Like the most recent Grand Tour special which allegedly takes place in an American Commune on an Outer Hebridean Island but in reality is a small leisure estate with a laser quest in Swindon?

And don’t get me started on Star War’s rebel bases…
