Remove any news apps from your phone. If that reveal who H is then the BBC app will probably send a push notification with a spoiler in like they do with sports finals.

I’m surprised she can manage more than one programme in the same week. it’s been a while since I’ve watched any Gogglebox, but she does struggle sometimes (bless).
