I wonder how much stick Greg Piper (PC Ryan Pilkington) and Anna Maxwell Martin (DCS Patricia Carmichael) get from the LoD fanatics whenever they’re shopping in Waitrose or walking down the street.
Just looked the actress up and one part of a description says:
“Anna Maxwell Martin, sometimes credited as Anna Maxwell-Martin, is an English actress, also known as ‘H.’”
I wonder…
On the upside, she’s also a military historian, specialising in WW1.

I didn’t understand the reasons for the car chase.
The interview just went on for too long for me.
I don’t think the interview was very professional with the interviewers discussing and criticising bits between them.
Unsure if there is any relevance to the weird look at the end between Steve and Chris (? The Sgt on Op lighthouse).
Also am I the only one who thinks Chris looks a little like Dot?
Also, I’m upset that Ryan didn’t get arrested and made to suffer consequences. Obviously being dead is bad but it’s pretty quick.
Also, why didn’t he just shoot Kate straight away? What was he waiting for?
Also, agree with what has been said about the body in Spain probably not being who they want it to be. Not sure if there is any relevance to the second, female body.
I’m finding it difficult as I like Anna Maxwell-Martin in Motherland, she’s a great character in that but in this she is horrible.

Yeah there was. When they interviewed Buckles they said as he was under arrest he had forfeited his right to be interviewed by someone one rank senior.

@pEp is correct. Has there been a ‘line of duty’, I’m thinking they may have been one in relation to the Corbetts, as in his lack of being considered in it unless I completely fabricated that.

Yeah, I caved at the weekend and watched series 1 … and part of series 2. I’m a massive fan of Keeley Hawes, but 2 isn’t hooking me in the same way as 1. Please tell me it gets better
