Iāve enquired where this has come from and am being told it is direction from above RAFAC HQ who had no choice in the matter. The question is whether it is 22Gp, RAF Command or MOD Main building.

Itās pathetic though. We can do loads of things that arenāt specifically covered in ACP300 as long as we get other insurance. Why didnāt we do this?

Since those are presumably OCWs/an OCW, as per the request, we need these people to be more openly challenging of issues regardless of repercussions.
Bureaucrats and diplomats, guided by āstandards of professionalismā, are getting us nowhere.
If HQAC and CAC canāt provide professionalism and respect, they shouldnāt expect it.

I joked a while back that the organisation will eventually move to virtual parade nights only because of the risk to cadets in actually travelling to their sqns, be that walking or vehicle borne.
With every IBN published we take a huge step closer to that nightmare scenario!

Iād love to know how many of the Astra ideas on the dashboard have gone anywhere. Not including the ones that were projects already happening that got turned into an astra idea.
