4th Survey has arrived this morning, anyone want to buy them off me?
Yep, I’m still waiting for mine.
Apart from the section …?token=blahblah which is absolutely not generic.
It isn’t really - the questions they ask can allow anyone viewing the whole to work out who you are or at the very least whittle down to a small group of possibles. You give them region/ccf, wing/TEST region, position, age, gender.
In general I found this survey lacking. I had some very specific feedback that wasn’t looked for. I was expecting a text box at the end with ‘Any other remarks’. Disappointed.
So was I, where i could note that it’s nearly impossible to answer some of the questions as they relate to ATC wings or CCF and have completely missed out VGS options
Surely VGS is part of 2FTS, not the ATC or CCF(RAF). Should you have even got the survey?
Opening Page of the survey…
If you used an identifying token to access this survey, please rest assured that this token will not be stored together with your responses. It is managed in a separate database and will only be updated to indicate whether you did (or did not) complete this survey. There is no way of matching identification tokens with survey responses.
As the first pages says that this is for ATC, CCF and VGS staff I’m going to go with yes and those 300ish CFAV have to work within the bounds set by HQAC so wouldn’t see why not.
However as VGS options are missing from all the subsequent questions who knows.
Well my survey never surfaced… anyone else not receive one?
I didn’t
Truth be told I couldn’t give two hoots if they do identity people from the survey, my question about the anonymity came about as my employer runs an annual survey for staff, however these use Survey Monkey and with a generic web link, and the survey is in no way linked to any email / token / other IT jargon term I don’t understand.
As for the questions, pretty standard really. I understand from my own employer a lot of these surveys all map out very similar across many organisations as it allows them to benchmark themselves against other companies and organisations. If you were to change the specific titles in the survey we have had, it would be very similar to employment ones I have seen.
Not received.
Same. No survey for me…
HQAC should open an email drop box for those who have not received the survey link just to show the the process didn’t/ doesn’t work.
They do, but I wouldn’t put it past them not telling anybody it exists until the day before it was closing.
Looks like a lot of us are sharing the same experience as OCs. I said in one of the open text areas that the RAFAC has lost its ‘Fun’ element.
One reason why I’m putting that off as long as I reasonably can.
I imagine someone’s done some early analysis and stopped sending them out as damage limitation.
You outrageous cynic you
So, either HQAC is terribly incompetent, or, in this random instance, amazingly proactively efficient?
Can’t have it both ways.
