is it still a “Parade” if they just happen to be standing there? 
I had a request for the LL Cadet to attend an event with the LL turned down on the basis that Parades are not allowed, even though he was just going to be stood there.
Pretty frustrating when you then see this all over SM. One rule for one springs to mind…
I wouldn’t say they have any more than I would expect from SNCO’s, with the exception of the parachuting badge all Cadets should have access to all of the badges if your Wing is doing it’s job.
I think you will find it as agreed by Comdt AC as part of the joint RAFAC/CWGC Project.

I think you will find that that doesn’t disprove the point made or do much to assuage feelings of discontent.
Special dispensation is one thing, but that also makes a clear precedent for exceptions to the rule. If this is allowable, then why not LLC duties? We’re not talking about marching an entire Sqn through a town centre. Why couldn’t high profile local events be attended by some of our highest calibre cadets?
We’ve had over a year out of the spotlight and should be looking at where we can begin to make those inroads again.

Standing around in uniform at a civil gathering following required mask and distancing protocols - nah.

Only two courses available to the entire corps. That’s pretty rare in my books.

How many spaces each week on ACLC? (It’s over 100 spaces per year anyway).
When I was a Cadet almost every FS and above on my Squadron had been and as an OC it’s been a rare year that I haven’t managed to get a space for one of my Cadets. (Not put anyone forward in the last few years as an age gap on the Squadron I took over meant I had no one who met the strange rank/age criteria).
