Was just trying to help out @SecretSquirrel
I might ask.
I’d be happy to cover 50% if I can use it for work.
Our SJA certs have a line on them saying they’re not acceptable to the H&SE!
I guess we’re lucky locally. I’ve been on 5 units within the Wing and in all I wasn’t the only AT qualified staff. I can’t say definitely but I’d suggest you’d only need one hand to count the number of units in our Wing with no AT qualified staff - even if that is BEL as entry level qualification.
Hence for me the “average” unit has 2 AT qualified staff.
Perhaps my experience is very optimistic of the rest of the Corps
Has anyone got any plans on how to spend the 1 year anniversary?

Well, the commandant said our guidance would be out by the 19th. 2 days left…
I’ve had sight of a draft version yesterday & today via different routes. My only concern, and one I raised in my return comments, was that they appear to have gone backwards on the activity specific guidance and taken it from an older baseline than we got to after the last restriction easing (e.g. the 1:5 AT ratio is back in). I’ve queried why we appear to have gone backwards when the suggestion was that it was a combining of the latest versions of each document.
Otherwise I think it’s pretty similar, it’s just that the ‘Return to Parades’ and ‘F2F Activity Guidance’ documents have been combined into one. I didn’t spot anything significant in the return to parades bit but I was just skim reading that part.
Only 3 working hours of a Friday left to publish it now…Will we see the new Commandant keep his word do we think, or will there be a delay?
5 pm on a Friday is standard for civil service.
No work or replies to do for 2 days then.
Thought the MOD stoped work at midday on a Friday?
Oii, I’m still at work, cuppa tea in hand!
I would be surprised if it comes out today as comments on its content were only asked for this week
Which begs the question of why the commandant’s letter says “guidance will be released by 19th March”.

Where is this based on? My previous experience is the office is dead by 15.46 on a Friday and that’s if people actually go in and don’t just wfh (based on all pre Covid).
Sorry what?
Really regretting trying to work out this reference by putting
“Horse and muscle equals cock”
into google.
hope it was in incognito mode
I’ve worked in Civil Service depts where there were still people in at 8pm on a friday… (and I know this because I was one of them)
