if it is auditable does it therefore follow that they can be found via FOI requests??
I heard following FOI requests about the gliding pause that the RCs, 2FTS and other at such a level started meeting via skype rather than in email to avoid a audit chain of evidence which would come up in a FOI results.
if we (RAFAC CFAVs) are expected to use Teams, are our seniors doing the same?
Question is to what level.

Also if the data is held on the mod server farm or Microsofts.

I would rather it dictated we have Teams only than this menagerie of problems we have now.
It’s been authorised by HQRAFAC accessed via our logins and (i at this stage assume) with data held on MOD servers.
Therefore I would absolutely gobsmacked if it isnt auditable. Especially considering the SAFEGUARDING implications.
I would like to think they’re being relatively practical and not limiting us until they’re at a point they know they can replace any current communication channels in total.
There won’t be any “don’t use anything except teams” comms until every CFAV can access teams.
However, I think they must also know perfectly well that they can’t stop every WhatsApp, every Facebook, every other channel going, no matter how much they try or may wish to. More to the point, if they say “go to teams so we can audit it”, then plenty will refuse to on principle.
But what would be the point in that?
We already have a raft of safeguarding rules, which I’d like to think we all abide by.
The wrong uns, who have used this organisation for their own means, will still bypass Teams, Bader mail etc. to groom, steal, or whatever.
I would have thought the point of using teams rather than other providers like zoom is more to do with who we hand data to, and how we can assure ourselves that its not being passed on without consent?
