The way things get hoarded on RAFAC units, this could be a substantial issue. This needs to be addressed and a directive issued addressing the need to dispose of historic stock of sold fuel held on units. I see the great RAFAC cook off being held on many units disposing of Hexi.

100%. I think HQ vastly underestimate our abilities to beg/borrow/steal and then hoard all sorts of things in various store cupboards/sheds/containers!
