Personnel annual reports

Fine, but good communication would state that it’s explained, or maybe separate out CFAV and Civil Service so we don’t ask…

Dawn’s leaving party basically.

Can’t wait to deliver lessons via MS Teams until September though; I didn’t think classifications could get anymore interesting!

I assumed that this was limited to the HQAC portion of subs. Each Sqn can decide their own level of subs and it seems fair that if we’re still delivering some activities then some level of subs is paid. We’re still paying for vehicle insurance, phone line, website costs etc. How much subs should be is a tricker question.

Clarity would be good though. Some people out there will assume this means their sqn subs and will stop theirs or refund parents.

The shoddy comms (again) will cause more harm than good.

We’re cancelling all of cadets subs.

At a time when so many people are being forced out of work, or on reduced wages, it seems wrong to demand £15 a month to give them access to limited resources!

I’d hope our wing would have a bit of a social conscience, but the committee have already said they are prepared to take the hit.

We have reduced by 50% but one parent has already asked to continue paying 100%

We charge £14 a month and we informed the parents they can cancel (Canx) their DD’s, our OC wasn’t too happy having to post that message. But we have had a handful of parents saying they are more than happy to keep paying monthly.

Did she write that in that way in the hope that people wouldn’t bother to read it?

Dreadful format.

I couldn’t give a monkey’s about defence writing. I’m not in the military as I’m told so often, talk to me like a human. Defence writing really isn’t designed to convey human, emotional messages which this situation falls into.

We had a message last Thursday saying subs were “being looked into”. That’s it and probably more of a message than most had…

You should see how Rainbows charge!

£2.50 per 1 hour session.

That’s nearly double our £/hr charge.

I’m amazed you’re even questioning that much. I charged £12 back in 2011, so I’d expect that to easily be around £15 now.

We are currently at £12 but no reason we couldn’t go to £15.

My Sqn is currently at £10 a month.

We’re at £15. Parents don’t even blink, and we’re in a pretty poor area.
