i completely agree providing it is maintained.
has the risk of being like an “employee of the month” board which has traction and interest for the first three months but tails off, and then in June the board hasn’t been updated since February…
but fair play for giving it a go and creating a public facing “recognition” format
It did make me cringe at the wonder wall pun, but I guess if it is used elsewhere in defence too
