No, they are not Microsoft Services, but they do use the Microsoft Login for authentication.

ah right, so surely staff cadets could login through their squadron general account?
Iām not involved in development, but from my knowledge yeah on theory Staff Cadet CP accounts could be allowed access to Units.

i mean their squadron general account like but i guess cadet portal accounts should theoretically be able to. just waiting for it to come to my region to find out!
Has Appointments gone live for the majority as yet?
I hold the TrgO account and can not see any cadets or staff!
Thought it might be a āappointmentā issue within the Sqn however my CO dose not have appointments in the left hand list (as on the How To info - Bader hub).

No Appointments is not yet deployed to all.
Email the helpdesk to fix your role allocation, as this hasnāt been correctly applied

Units Exam Results page now works and pulls through classification subject status for every cadet

It does indeed, however itās very frustrating having to select a drop down box to view an individual module at a time.
Iād really love to see an āAll Modulesā view so I can look through everything and update my classification spreadsheet at a glance instead of checking through 14 selections every week.
Weāre getting there, though. The more functionality the team gets on Units, the better. Excited to see the incoming change.
Does anyone see Cadets when you go to Cadets - Active?

The exam result function now works though, so Iāll take that tonight as a win!
You have to hold a Exec Role at the moment to have permission to view things on Units.
So a Training Officer on a Sqn canāt see Cadets on their own Sqn (Mr Emzās Bader account) but as a Regional Officer I can see the entire Regions Cadets - crazy 
Pretty sure Training Officer should be able to atleast assign cadets to exams, unfortunately I rather lose track of where weāre at with Units, itās been so long since we saw any development.
Training Officer is an Exec role that should give access, if you drop an email over to Helpdesk they can check the permissions and fix.
OCs set access in SMS, is that the case in Units too?
it will be, but not at the moment.

So, if your Status shows anything other than one of the above, Units is of no use to you?
Currently yesā¦ but this is being constantly reviewed so worth flagging via Teams or directly to the helpdesk.
Edit to add, I have a Civilian Instructor in none of those roles who can allocate exams, so I think āCivilian Instructorā has been added as well
Itās a really simple issue to fix too, assuming Units is based on MS Dynamics, so these should just be teething issues until user types are fully determined.
Nowt like doing the requirements gathering piece once the system is already live throughā¦
