Para 0212 - only RAF Regt officers can wear a beret with No2SD. All other officers either wear the No1SD hat or field service cap.

I know… I niggles me too.
Apparently it’s because HQ use the minor version numbering to account for drafts before they release an updated document. So they make all their changes and each time increment a minor version. Then when it’s released they go to the next major version.
Why they don’t follow the normal standard and use the word “DRAFT” to manage draft versions I cannot say.

Well until it comes out from the CoC to say there is a typo then I will be following the dress regs to the letter and wearing my beret to the sqn.
The CoC have always said not to believe all what you read on ACC

I love the fact that the article clarifying that it’s a typo contains a typo!
Disappointed that this isn’t a ‘thing’ though… silly me for thinking that somebody had been sensible!

What makes me laugh is that I’ve had an email to tell me there’s a typo in v4, but nobody has gone to the trouble to tell me that version is actually out.
Who did the email come from?
Wing Warrant Officer. No email trail, looked like a fresh email. Perhaps he saw the typo on here
