Christ that’s ugly as…

It’s one of those garments which really depends on the individual face shape and hair style to pull off. (Ladies had much more hair options in the WRAF)

It’s also a unit with quite a broad remit, so developing all those skills internally would be impractical.
Cyber is likely to go the same way, with more use of reserves. But we are well off the topic of headdress now.

The same way that the RAMC has Reserve units have all sorts of specialist doctors that wouldn’t be required in the full time regiment.

I got very drunk with one of their Colonels at a Livery Company dinner, was quite enlightening.

The Deputies even more so though. Isn’t that right @AlexCorbin ?

My old Squadron is affiliated to the International Bankers, as is the RAMC so we used to both sit top table at their annual dinner in the Guildhall.

Very nice. Nothing quite like a Livery dinner

They are also rich which really helps with Squadron funds.

I’m in the process of joining a smaller company. Affiliated to 329 squadron, once I’m settled in then I’ll try and affiliate my contingent as well.

If you don’t leave one very well served in drink you have done something wrong!

I used to sit with the Colonel and the Padre of the City do London every year, to say we drank well would be an understatement.

Ah, but the next morning we all need a paracetamol.

Having now checked the AP I think I’ll wear my beret moving forwards a lot more.

Today is a good day  #astra

Your Committee need to get their act together, Livery Companies are loaded and just looking. For good causes to give their loot to.

They paid £15K towards my old Squadrons bus in exchange for borrowing our band for the Lord Mayors Show and a Lunch with our Chairman.
