Yam at the top of the plate, with Inka corn to the side. There are onions over the top, and the red stuff is some particularly spicy chilli.
The base is raw fish that’s been brewed for a few days or so. And it’s bloody delicious.
It’s a long way to walk.

House’s Christmas dinner tonight, and we’re doing it pot luck style.
Couldn’t find any pigs in blankets over here, so made some at home. I’ve had to lock them away because the French kept trying to steal more. Success!

Not sure why they served me it’s backside (yes, that is what you think it is staring at you), but food is food I suppose.
Rating? Not great. Taste was alright, but actually getting any meat is like tying to peel a Yorkshireman’s last 5p out of his fist.
