It’s difficult to make spoons taste good sober. But not impossible.

Chicken wings marinated in the Naga sauce, roasted with onions and tomatoes and a dash of lemon juice.

This was the menu at the “Lost Estate - Hound of the Baskervilles” dinner/murder mystery production.

Very enjoyable, especially with a Burdgundy wine pairing!

So, I’ve started trying to make my own pickles! And it’s worked out surprisingly well given this is my first attempt. These ones started a week ago and are pretty awesome tasting now. Did 4 days room temp and been in the fridge since.

Probably the best cider ive ever had

We transplanted ours to a new bed this year… So we’re giving picking a slide so they can get re-established and lay some bigger roots.

I believe the RAFAC term we be a “pause and re profile”.

That would only be the appropriate term if you had transferred them to a bed of inadequate size, limited soil quality and with no intent of ever looking at them again.
