ACLC was, historically, not accessible. And the leadership content wasn’t very high level compared to other areas and courses. So it needed reviewing.
That person is WAY off base and I’m glad they’re being batted away.
And also make it a sorties flown per cadet, to also take into account change in cadet numbers.
I work for a charity that supports people with multiple & complex disabilities. I’d happily give help to make the leadership activities as inclusive as feasible. But I bet they don’t ask for input from people outside the Leadership teams.
