Ironically, had he not said he was working, his fine would have been lower.

I’m surprised the Magistrate put up with so much from him, in my mind that’s contempt, stick him I. The cells and I’ll deal with him last person of the day. (He would t have gotten away with that at City of London Mags).

Emailing my advice on a data protection issue to the wrong person!

Someone selling a Jubilee Medal for £146!

Nice story JJ Chalmers: Meeting the pilot who flew me home injured from Afghanistan - BBC News

What made me laugh was the pilot openly admitting he looks at the flight manifest to basically see if any celebs are on it.

What really made me laugh was " Chalmers - whose full name is Lance Corporal John James Chalmers". Sorry what now?

These people have no idea of the true cost of these trinkets. According to the 2021 Medal Year Book (MYB), QDJM are only worth between £40-£60 and I reckon the lower end of the two amounts is more than enough.

Recently the prices that people are willing to pay have skyrocketed.

I’ve had 5 emails from a new card provider that all start with

So you know our emails are genuine, whenever we include links to our website in emails we will also quote the last four digits of your card number: xxxx

I haven’t got my card yet so I can’t tell if they’re genuine…

The last four numbers which will be on any reciept or email receipt you receive?

Yeah, the last 4 of the 16 digit card number. Except they’re quoting a number I can’t yet actually verify.

My bank uses last 3 of postcode. Like that isn’t easy enough to find out.

In follow up to MMH… MML (or Cry) my timing chip didn’t record my time for my run !
