everyone I work is massively risk averse with any kind of public places, I don’t think they’ll want to go to a pub, even to sit outside, till about September 2022…
At the pub with my boss after work this evening. Was nice to be back but at the same time, would prefer just to be able to chill at his house/ him at mine. But indoors socialising isn’t allowed so at least a few pints at the pub was nice instead! I don’t really see it as any more risk as seeing him + other colleagues at work anyway! And also now the gov allows anyone to order test kits at home I’m testing my self twice a week!

I live with 10 meters of a pub garden and within 50 of 2 more but because I’m shielding I won’t be allowed in them at all until November, 
Keep your self and your family safe first! At the end of the day, the pub isn’t that great. More expensive and cold. If you’ve got to shield then I hope you’re keeping your self safe!

I have a conspiracy theory that he will never finish them. He’s made the money and he’s seen the backlash from fans if he doesn’t write what they want. He’s very old now, he could just wait until he can’t so any more and then “whoops”. Never getting made.

Getting a new company 'phone (iPhone XR) - old one (a 6!) needed a powerbank or top-up charge after about 8 hrs of normal use.
New one = up to 3 days so far!
We took 6 cadets on an activity today. It was sunny and they fell asleep on the way back. It was like normality.
