My friends a category management consultant and wanted out of a contract so he basically drove them to the point of sacking him so there was no contract termination stuff

Beating the system and not losing my about to expire loyalty points by having a parcel delivered to a colleague.
May not get my hands on my new Oakleys for a few months but at least I didnāt lose 50 odd quids worth of loyalty points.
So Iāve just found out that the Senior Project Manager I work most closely with in my organisation collaborates, on a different project, with the head of the group that developed BritainFromAbove - itās a pretty small world!
Man how I wish Iād sold @ $50 and rebrought right about now!!
Sword has been ordered. Something to look forward to in 8 weeks. Now to brush up on sword drill so I can use it on every first and last parade #ccf

My boyfriend was very upset when I told him that I wouldnāt be getting a sword! Weād been at a wedding with a Regular who had his there, a little while before I got my CFC and I think he thought Iād be get one too!

Making me happy when something sparks a memory.
@anon9987823 posted about Steps in GMG thread and it brought back a memory of when they were popular and the local shock jock announced steps could be seen outside a local historical building.
He did this on the first of April, said building being famous for the steps outside it and people were paying for taxis to get there from 20 and 30 miles away some even keeping their kids off school to go š¤¦
Caused uproar locally, with the idiots that travelled at least, and the radio station ending up paying for a lot of the taxis.
Is something Steps were good for and didnāt feel it deserved to be in GMG as it really has put a smile on my face.
