I think the focus though is on diversity week, not that it’s the ATCs birthday next year. Maybe it’s just a bonus that they get lots of photos etc to use next year.

Oh joy another anniversary. I do think as a nation if not world we are now seemingly doing anniversaries to death. Something happens somewhere then a year later “it’s the anniversary of …” or “such and such happened 5, 10, etc years ago” then increasingly a minute’s silence or irritating clapping. I’m waiting for a “covid 19 day” to be announced.
It’s time to take stock of all of these things and mention them without any hoorah and fanfare.
The next one for the ATC to get any mention should be 100 years and not faff around with the intermediaries.
