That I can digitally sign (vis either MS Word or Adobe Reader) RSDs (Range Safety Documents) and SAAFs (Safe Activity Assurance Form) to support that the Safe System of Training is in place for Risk To Life Activity.
But for Staff Appointments the same is not acceptable so we end up in a ridiculous situation, where my Adobe Reader digitally signed with a certificate board report needs to be accompanied by a copy of the email where I sent the report to the WWO / OC Wg.
The laughable part of this is that nothing stops person X writing 3 reports, sending 1 to me for me to then forward it on a fresh email chain presenting as my own work.
I understand the logic of not spending a fortune just to have elections again within a couple of years afterwards, but it never did feel right to be delaying them.
So, if youāve not registered to vote yet, make sure you do shortly so you can vote in May. With the upcoming changes to local authorities, these ones will be much more worthwhile than usual.

what is the point of directing to me to someone else if they are no more available than you!

I donāt claim any emails will be deleted, as I always hang on to them ājust in caseā, but use words to the effect of āI may be delayed in my response ā and to contact me upon my return if it requires my personal attention.
The implication being that I will be unlikely to see the email unless prompted to look for it.
