People unable to answer basic/straight questions with basic, straight questions.

Despite weeks of back and forth repeating the same question rather than get an email with the answers Iā€™ve been invited to a meeting to discuss my points.
I donā€™t want to discuss themā€¦i made them as i believe their valid and closed the point with a question - all of which i know the CoC have the answers to but for reasons unknown yet to be offered but to be discussed in a meeting

Cynic Iā€™m me says, so itā€™s not in writing

That was exactly what I thought, too!

Thatā€™s why you minute the meeting then send to them so thereā€™s a written record

Or leave the mobile phone on record.

My considered legal advice is that you donā€™t do this without the employerā€™s consent. Employment Tribunals HATE covert recordings, and it could severely disadvantage a claim made.

On the subject of Employment law, drafting an advice, which I know, before I even start, will be the subject of a complaint. Yay.

From what I perceive of the OPs comment this is RAFAC, not an employment issue unless CFAVs are now employed.

Itā€™s still a really bad idea, it is of itself an act in breach of trust, and that tarnishes the results, ask first, if they have nothing to hide, why would they say no?

You are also entitled IIRC under the policy to have someone in the room with you, get them to take notes, get them typed and ask the interviewer to agree them.

If they refuse to any of that.

itā€™s difficult, i admit, just hope theres someone sensible above them who would listen?
