Yeah, it was allowed for Air Ranks some years ago. I think mainly because there was a CAS who did it anyway, so it was easier to change the rules to make him right than argue him down.

And to be fair, a) the CAS makes the rules, and b) it is a FIELD Service Cap.

Do you need much water for FSRT? Or touring leader?

Standard this time of year it seems. I’ve never been on a Paddlesport Week at this time of year and managed to get decent moderate water time.

When school thinks it’s a good idea to use non washable paint and not give the kids aprons. Obviously they need another kick back from uniform suppliers
