She was introduced a few months back, but got somewhat overshadowed by somebody riding her bike…
Fair play to Emma though. And best of luck!

Getting the same email to both my Role & Personal Bader Account, because the sender went to the effort of adding the roles and then using the allocation to pick out the Personal accounts as well.
They wasted effort, as this is a role relevant email and I now have to delete the duplicate
This level of active deliberate incompetence is highly infuriating.
My emails don’t duplicate to both.
Probably because you don’t have an idiot sender, sending to both.
The TO had oc.1234@ & joe.bloggs100@ hence 2 copies received.
I’m still not sure I understand the way it’s supposed to work. I thought emails sent to role were also meant to go to personal, but they seem entirely separate, meaning I have to check two email accounts to ensure I see all my emails. Which has actually added to the admin burden.
In theory you log into one account and can access several mailboxes and the emails only go to the relevant one. General accounts still used to contact sqn/wg/rgn as a whole. BUT it’s still not fully set up, for example you can’t access general accounts through your personal account yet.
(I think)
I know I can’t. Bit daft…
Bloody annoying to have the accounts on your phone, too. If I have my sqn role account and the general account on my phone I get 2 copies of all the all.wg emails. Not sure if they’re going to go to personal accounts in the future (a flawed plan potentially…) but the current way is annoying.
I know if I click open another mailbox (under the Icon in the top right) I can open my role account if I’m logged on on my personal account.
But if I’m logged in on my role account, I can’t open my personal account.
But either way thats a second tab that is needing to be open
Guess what I’m doing for every email ever going forward…
No it isn’t, have a read of the first section here

We’re discussing a workaround to the default “from” jankiness.
Ah, got a bit lost
It would be grand if it used the ‘from’ from whatever account the email was sent to, rather than defaulting to Pers acc.
It does in Outlook
As in desktop?
Yes but also Mobile as the mailboxes are totally seperate
I have to use the webmail version and it doesn’t work on that!
