You know what really grinds my gears? The Gears Strike Back

How many downloads did it give you? I have a hoarding problem and my Takeout folder on my local backup is almost 500 GB :grimacing:

I know people who are worse, but this is the state of my local stuff. I am pretty poor at naming things as you can tellā€¦ 4.5TB of solid and 14TB of mechanical.

Amazon are becoming too efficient for their own good. Made an order Friday night and it said delivery would be Monday afternoon so I put my work address in. Just had a text today saying failed to deliver as no oneā€™s in. Of course no oneā€™s in, itā€™s bloody Sunday and no oneā€™s at work! If theyā€™d told be delivery would be today Iā€™d have put my home address

GMG. Kerry Godlimanā€™s voice; and itā€™s increasing prevalence on radio adverts.

Wing staff issuing notices saying ā€œsqn staff are reminded that they need to advertise the courses on Cadet Portalā€, without actually having made any SMS app available to sqns to advertise.

Especially when we donā€™t Need to advertise them. We should advertise them if we have no other events that need deonflicting.

People using APO for Acting Pilot Officer. In the British armed forces PO is Petty Officer. Everyone gets this wrong

Flg Off ??? what is Flg should be Fg.

You know your can reply to those in the promotions thread directly

My mistake on flying officer. APO though is the abbreviation used (rightly or wrongly) by RAFAC. Maybe they do it differently because weā€™re not the British armed forces

Also, acting pilot officers donā€™t count. Either in the RAFAC or the RAF.

Speaking as someone who has been both!

Baby crapping on the carpet and stamping it everywhere whilst the wife plays on her phone instead of watching him. Not fun to walk downstairs to after my meeting.

If I didnā€™t think that would result in more strain on social services Iā€™d sometimes be tempted

Yet another no mask and no distanced photo by the commandant on facebook & twitter today.

True but wasnā€™t it at an RAF do with RAF personnel?

Out of interest (personal views aside) why is this a problem?
Are there specific orders saying masks are still to be worn in the RAFAC sphere?

Not trying to be difficult here, itā€™s genuine curiosity.
