If it kicks off in the Gulf, no doubt US will bring across some heavy metal (B1, B2 or B52). If so, what the chances of RIAT continuing as that’s a normal staging post!!

The Gulf states will be more than happy to see the fall of the theocracy in Iran. They are far more business orientated than religious.
Saudi and the UAE have for a long time been attacking the Houthi’s in Yemen.

I assume that is mostly for Atlantic Trident 2025 though, rather than just an escalation?
I thought Atlantic Trident was Northern Europe centric and to say tankers can’t be retailed at short notice.
The Ward Caroll video give the number of IASDF strike packages being flown they only have 8 tankers, maybe the Saudis and UAE are quietly helping? Ito is said that the IASDF have at least three full crews for each aircraft to maintain sorties rates. Crew lands, taxy’s in, refuelled rearmed new crew and back out. I suspect that they can do real-time BDAs’s so the next are fully aware of the situation.
For years they have been worried about the threat from the other side of the Arabian Gulf . On a clear days from the bar on the 70th floor at Burj al Arab you can see Iran from Dubai

Pretty sure the B2 is the only aircraft that can carry the USs massive bunker busters too, which would be a good option if they wanted to get the larger underground enrichment sites.
Supposedly the b52 can with modifications.
Might require internal load, released on a sled.
