I know an ex CASWO who is now an ATC WO (T&L) and he had to go to ATF.

Yeah in AP1358c it did say that ex reg SNCO’s didnt have to wear the white tabs with pins in but still have to attend ATF

So is the ‘‘don’t have to white-stripe’’ category consist just of ex-regular SNCOs, or all ex-regular ORs?

And in the above- does the term ‘‘ex-regular’’ in practice also include former members of the active reserves? (ie ex-PTVR from TA/RAuxAF/RNR)

The AP states

All SNCOs within the ACO who have not completed their SSIC at ATF RAF Cranwell, must wear white rank slides with ATC insignia when in
uniform, prior to attending ATF. The only exemption will be Ex Regular Forces WOs/SNCOs, however they are still required to attend the SSIC at
ATF.

Unless there has been another update?

So I would say id dosn’t extend to any reserve forces however I could be wrong.
