What are you watching?

I saw one of the Vauxhall Astra panda cars at my parents’ village’s fete last month.

So have stumbled across “silk” on prime.

Interesting seeing the drama of barrister chambers. I believe the writer based it on the experiences on his wife becoming a QC.

Don’t know how accurate/real to life it is but it is interestingly to watch :slightly_smiling_face:

The pupil stuff is, terrifyingly, close to reality.

The rest is more entertainment, if you like Silk, next watch is North Square on 4OD. Same writer, but a lot older show. Never got a second season sadly.

I’m not-ashamedly watching (& enjoying) Happy Gilmore 2. Some excellent callbacks to the original!

Just watching Channel 4s Operation Dark Phone…frightening.

Rather enjoyed the first match of this year’s The Hundred cricket competition.

Perhaps time elsewhere has made me appreciate some of the eccentricities of British culture…

Of all all the things he’s been a producer for it definitely top 3.

If he had the real people do a bit to camera before the episode like he did for Band of Brothers that would’ve been perfect.

I’m once again annoyed that they cancelled the Right Stuff TV series after 1 season. It was awesome.

Indeed.
It was brilliant. They should have gone through all the way to apollo then the early shuttle and finally construction of the ISS.

But hey ho.

No idea why it was cancelled.

National Geographic wanted a “change of focus”, apparently Warner Brothers are still open to continuing if another station wants it, either straight in to the next Mercury Flight or a jump forward to the Shuttle.
