Is it 1 episode per week? Don’t really want to sign up for apple TV until we have a whole season then we can cancel!
Yes it is at the mo.
Might be worth waiting for the Xmas binge season & go through both seasons, plus Foundation & slow horses.
I’m surprised with apple as I was expecting to sign up then cancel but have kept it on as it’s the one we watch quite regularly after iPlayer followed by Disney.
I’ve watched season 1 plus foundation and severance and I thought while the choice wasn’t as great, quality and production was miles ahead of the other streaming services
I didn’t like severance. Slow horses, hijack & Tehran are all good.
Constellation was also good in a nasa meets twin peaks kinda of way.
I’ve started to watch the new Cross series on Amazon.
I always enjoyed the books, though previous depictions of the character (Morgan Freeman) never really met my expectations of how i pictured. (Tyler Perry was slightly better)
I keep meaning to watch that.
I’ve realised I am watching a lot of Taylor Sheridan stuff…
Am I turning into some sort of redneck?
Basically if it’s on Paramount and hood it’s his.
I have to say I feel like it’s been an incredibly engaging conversation.
I missed the bit where it went off the rails and the mods had to step in (although I gather it was aimed at me).
Otherwise, it’s been a place for learning!
I’m watching this tonight. It’s going up so quickly!
Over 18m people didn’t vote for labour. So unless that petition gets any where near that, then it’s just silly.
People on Social Media acting like it means something, the Brexit one got 6 million signatures
I do like a good giggle.
Just keep watching tick up 1000 at a time
Yeah, but Brexit got 17.4 million.
I know this isn’t how it works, but if 10% of an MP’s constituents can recall them then 10% of the 9 million votes Labour got should be enough for the same.
I would possibly agree.
But I suspect the vast majority of the people signing that petition didn’t vote labour in the first place…
Even that doesn’t work the way people think, it has to be initiated by the speaker and they basically need to go to prison.
Neither Boris Johnson nor Peter Bone went to prison, or anything close. Each elected by 30,000 or more constituents, but could be kicked out by around 10,000 and their replacements got nowhere near as many votes as they had.
Can we maybe keep this to discussing things we’re actually watching rather than politics?
Watched Wicked the movie last night - a good watch especially if you like the musical.
