What are you watching?

So say we all!

Exactly - watching the episode 33 & it accurately portrays sleep deprivation under combat conditions.

I also like the balance between the politics civilian side vs the military side.

Such a strong start, they even lightened that episode up as it was too depressing, in the original cut they were supposed to see the passengers on the liner waving at the windows and calling for help. But very much like the miniseries when they abandon the sublights they just can’t take the risk.

Hit up only murders in the building after…thats my go to atm

I never finished series 3, hopefully once her maternity leave finishes I will get the chance.

Watched the first 2 eps of the new office, its cringey

In the way it always was? Or bad cringey?

Tbh, I never liked the UK Office. The American Office is the only sitcom I know where the Americans took one of our ideas and vastly improved upon it.

Never watched the American version, the UK version had some hilarious moments but overall I’m not into cringey comedy.

The US Office is less cringey than the UK one. And one of the best sitcoms out there tbh.

Season 3 onwards is a masterpiece

Watching the Ka Mate Haka and listening to Swing Low in response.

Watching the rookie on Now.
Quiet a refreshing American cop show that funny well written & definitely written by a cop (less hung how action, more weird & stupid stuff ) :slightly_smiling_face:

Take it in the context of the time.

Then stop thinking it wont ever happen.

Then think about that 5 second static camera shot where the fire engines pull out for the last time from their station to dispersal sites, blue lights on no sirens.

Whats that you hear, a thermonuclear detonation over the North Sea to blind our Radar etc…

Its a chilling, 2 hours.

None more so when that traffic warden is given a rifle… a traffic warden…

Arcane S2 <3

About to start the last series of Yellowstone, really hope this doesn’t go the route of being dog poo without Costner like House of Cards was without Spacey.

IMHO you will never beat the original British version with Ian Richardson playing the evil Francis Urquhart, with his catchphrase ’ you may very well think that, I couldn’t possibly comment’.

The novels were really good.

Ian Richardson is so menacing and sinister, you could imagine a chief whip being like that.
