Watches of the RAFAC Officer Cadre

I think it might need to be taken into consideration that you’ve interpreted that particular section of the originating poster’s query a little more sincerely than necessary and intended.

Or you’re trolling.

If the latter, please don’t. If the former, assume it’s a joke like the rest of us and if it isn’t then shame on OP.

@FoxtrotOscar if looking at a smart watch, don’t bother with Harry Lime or similarly priced “budget” or a higher priced “fashion” smart watches. They really aren’t worth it so spend the money on a common name or stick with a traditional of some sort.

Yes, afterall, SNCOs need someone/something to aspire to

Officers need to be steely eyed dealers of admin as well as the rockstars of the CFAV world. Such demands require careful consideration as to what timepiece is held.

Fixed that for you

I’m surprised that so far no one has suggested that quintessential watch for any officer especially when in No 5s….

We had a neighbouring Squadron Commander who was perpetually late, he was known as minty as he never got anywhere until after eight.
