neither examples fully grasp the spectacular incompetance on show - the only phrase iâve ever read that could fully build a picture of this debacle is from a film called Dodgeball, and it starts with âyou look like a bunch ofâŚâ

Hows about you all just wait until they have actually enacted something and can actually see what it is that has changed rather than picking fault with a system that does not yet exist?
We know it has been shoddily managed but we cannot know whether it has been shoddily implemented until they actually implement it.

to be fair, going on both how this has been handled and their form on other issues, its not really a fantastical leap of the imagination to forcest it being something of a botched job, is it?
i wonder of PaddyPower are even offering odds on it having to be rewritten within 18 months because it turns out to have been both non-compliant with the law and to have massive holes in itâŚ
Like I said before I am going to grow a great big bushy beard on 2 Nov. What will they be able to do; write a strongly worded letter, hats on no coffee chat with the Wg Cdr and WExO, suspend me from all activities (I Wish). I sometimes get the impression that those on high thing we are doing them a favour by giving up our time for the corps. But I probably wonât because I like what I do in the corps.
Between the weekend of 2-3 Sep and Christmas Eve I have 2 weekends and 2 Sundays off that is 6 days in 32 and one of those is Christmas eve. I put my heart and sole into the corps. Most of these activities do not attract pay and by then I will be out in any case but this will be the same for many.
I donât do it for the glory I do it because the enjoyment of some thing out ways the crap. Seeing the young people develop and grow up and doing thing they never thought possible is why I do it. It is not just the top of the organisation there are issues. There are many in the corps who are in it for them selves and their own personal glory and use the children as their own private army to make them look good. They are many in the corps chasing gongs, bending the rules and should never be allowed to run a sqn but are allowed to get away with it.
Slowly the balance is moving away from enjoyment and closer to the crap. When I cant stand the stink anymore I will walk away. But for the moment I will work from the inside and work for my sqn and wing and try to make a difference in the community and the corps.

Not just rip off direct they are also on the cadet kit shop who are part of All Arms who are an MOD contractor. Same price as well yikes! And only one pair dark and one pair wedgewood? Not good enough. Should be like for like replacement from initial kitting - 4 pairs like for SNCO.

Just realised that they arenât selling new Officer Cadet slides. Do I get Pilot Officer ones and shove my white tab over the braid? (sans VRT pin).
