We are volunteers but there is the Volunteer Allowance⌠Now if each Uniformed Staff member were to save 1.5 days pay each year in a âI need a new (or I want a) No 1â account even a Sgt (who should now be a FS) would have around ÂŁ300ish saved.
Iâm ready for the âI canât affordâ or âthatâs not what itâs meant forâ gang. In a pre emptive most of us have bought MTP/walking kit etc out our own pocket and I realise there are some this wonât work for. In my experience it would be realistic for 80% of staff.
