A plethora of initial legal blocks are building up.
In particular, Judge Boasberg is exceptionally u happy at the DoJ’s atttitude concerning the recent deportations of Venezuelan nationals. Venezuela’s Interior Minister has said that none of the deportees were members of the “tren de Aragua” criminal gang (the reason given for their deportation).
That’s because they’re members of Trendy Argwa or whatever butchered name he managed to slur out like a drunk on ket.
It’s a very long list! Think some of them have had more recent legal inputs but the webpage hasn’t been updated.
Discussing actual military strike plans on a third party application. What an absolute mess. The fact a reported got added is just icing on the cake.
Why are senior American officials using a third party application for this sort of communication. It’s obscene. The UK and Europe should seriously consider what Intel we’re sharing with America now.
If the media sources are correct, then they have committed a very serious offence under the Espionage Act.

Another fantastic point being made is that this chat was set for messages to disappear after a week. So there is a very high chance, if this is common practise, that lots of decision-making conversations are not being properly recorded and kept, as is required.

The sharing is pretty much one-way, so we aren’t likely to voluntarily end any int sharing with the USA.

You should have asked! A lot of Teslas look a bit plastic-fantastic inside. It wouldn’t be a problem on a Dacia, but Teslas are supposed to be a premium product.
