We’re less than a month into the year, and the orange one has:
- Taken over Venezuela
- Threatened to take over Greenland
- Tried to take over the UN
Anyone noticing a theme there?
In fairness he’s only trying to replace the UN, not take over it. 
It must be getting to the stage that he’s rattled everyone’s cage except Putin and his cronies

Really, it’s more like trying to recreate a privately incorporated version of the League of Nations.

How similar actually is the board to the UN in the first place? AFAIK it’s individual people that he’s appointed, so more oligarchy-style than having countries directly represented, but open to correction on that one
It’s a board currently consisting of some pretty nasty regimes, that trump has full control over. He can invite people, kick people out, and has full veto on decisions. And it’s him who has it personally as chair. It doesn’t get passed on with the presidency.
It’s a joke, it’s what it is.
It doesn’t appear to have made it into the mainstream news yet, but it looks as though ICE have shot another unarmed member of the public in Minneapolis.
Video shows the person resisting arrest, but they don’t appear to be armed.

I don’t remember where I read it now, but I know it was modelled that the next American Civil War would start with actions very similar to what we’re witnessing now.
But the only thing Trump knows how to do is hit people with tariffs, and I’m not sure he can do that against a city…
I read that and saw the whole sequence from the film in my head….
This is crazy. 6 ICE guys can’t restrain an unnamed man and resort to lethal force.
What I will say is I think this could be 1 of 3 things.
- They straight up just shot him as they couldn’t restrain him.
- He managed to get hands on one of their weapons during the struggle, leading to use of lethal force.
- One of the untrained idiots thought he had a taser in his hand but instead had a glock.
This video is too unclear for me to jump to any conclusion. I can’t even see who fired the first shot? He does appear to have his hands on the road though at the time of the first shot. Also, the gap from the first shot to the rest almost makes me think it could be number 3.

It’s when you look at the comments on the youtube vid & see the direct & real time references to ICE.
What about option 4: they’re just bad people who do it because they think they’ll get away with it.
