Other countries will inevitably see this as a regime change, which is always unpredictable & might well precipitate other happenings or greater instability. Moreover, with such acts, a country loses any moral point of standing - can’t condemn other countries who do the same - Russia anyone?

Honestly, I don’t really mind how he justifies it. I would actually support helping the Iranian people remove their government because no one should have to live under a religious dictatorship.
